As a seasoned investor/home flipper, and a graduate of NYU in Sustainable Real Estate Development, Erin’s insight on real estate goes much deeper than the conventional market knowledge. With her family in the real estate business for over four decades, and a licensed agent herself for 12+ years, she has long been immersed in both brokerage and development, strengthening her advantage.
Erin always knew real estate was her path and her passion. She got her sales license while in college at age 19, and by 23 had successfully worked on four new development projects. Erin also started and sold her own business in fashion, then returned to the real estate field with a more well-rounded and creative approach. She is proud to lend her expertise to The Eklund/Gomes Team at Douglas Elliman.
Erin educates her clients by showing them numbers and trends, and breaking information down to understandable terms. Being born and raised in Manhattan, she can often spot trends early on and identify new hot neighborhoods. Her philosophy is to be aggressive while remaining innovative, enthusiastic and inventive. “Staying stuck in one mentality is what can hinder a sales agent. We must evolve and embrace a new way to sell year after year to best serve our clients’ needs.”
With a fresh, detailed eye, Erin offers seasoned experience in property renovation and staging to inspire a buyer’s vision and maximize profitability for sellers. She is also known for her out-of-the-box thinking and sales tactics that get the deal done.
Erin completed her undergraduate studies at the University at Albany, and received a Master’s in Real Estate Development from NYU.
